The Universal Cine Mount is a slider style mounting solution that allows for a variety of positions to many types of camera rod systems. The Universal Cine Mount can be used with an array of Gold Mount® adapters for digital cinema cameras.

To adjust, loosen the thumbscrew, slide the plate up, down and to change the tilt then tighten. Great for fine tuning counterbalance.
